We're a properly nice bunch here at The Book and have a pretty good reputation so you'd have thought that it would be relatively straight forward to find new people to come and join our team.
Ok - we've got a confession to make - we are a bit fussy but the brief is simple. Senior or junior, we're looking for people who have a genuine interest in creativity but also 'get' the processes of recruitment. Ideally you'll already have worked in recruitment and even more ideally (bad grammar we know...) have some exposure to the creative or digital worlds.
As with all recruitment roles it's business development first, candidate development second (although our database is maintained like a finely topiaried hedge) and bringing the two together third.
